Slimfast Shakes

Recently I have been having a SlimFast shake for my breakfast instead of toast or cereal.  I prefer to buy them pre-made in the little bottles as they are more convenient to drink (no measuring or shaking).

They come in Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla, Café Latte, Banana, Mint, and Cookies & Cream flavours.   My favourites are the vanilla and café latte.

They can be a little pricey to buy so shop around.
Sainsburys have a pack of 6 for £9.50, where as Boots sells them in packs for £8.99 and individual bottles too so you can try different flavours.
Places like Poundland, B&M or Home Bargains also sometimes stock them, plus they sometimes have different flavours too from around the world.

I have found the best place to order from is Amazon, keep an eye on the prices and also if any offer codes come up.  My last order had a 20% coupon on the pack and so I brought a pack of 6 for just over £5!

With the SlimFast plan, you can have two SlimFast meal replacements, plus three 100-calorie snacks (they have SlimFast snack bars too) and a 500-calorie meal that you provide. With this plan you can eat 6 times per day.

SlimFast Ranges

I prefer to have a shake for breakfast, sometimes a bar for lunch (they can make you quite windy though!) and then a main meal in the evening.   I have been logging my calorie intake on an app called Nutracheck.

So far so good and I have lost 4.4kg over the past 4 weeks or just over 2lbs a week), just by substituting some meals with the shakes and trying to eat sensibly.   I also swim for 45 mins on weekday evenings as much as I can.

This post isn't sponsored - just my own opinion on what has been working for me for weight loss recently.
